Position Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer/Architect with strong hands-on development expertise and proven experience designing scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate is excited about writing Apex code, confident in leveraging Salesforce’s out-of-the-box features, and experienced in guiding projects through ambiguous or evolving requirements. This role requires both deep technical skills in Salesforce and broader technical breadth across integrations and enterprise architecture.

Tech Focus:

This role is 70% declarative (flows, integration systems, etc.) and 30% Apex.

The team is looking for someone with strong declarative build experience and the ability to support refactoring legacy Apex code when needed.

• Apex (for refactoring and legacy code cleanup)
• Salesforce Flows
• Sales Cloud expertise

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions with a focus on Sales Cloud.
• Write, review, and maintain high-quality Apex code and Lightning Components.
• Balance custom development with out-of-the-box Salesforce features (Flows, Process Builder, configuration).
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to clarify ambiguous requirements and proactively recommend solutions. Be comfortable with diving into data and proof-of-concepts to understand business context.
• Gain stakeholder and leadership buy-in by presenting technology solution proposals that are easily understood, visually compelling, and require low effort to evaluate.
• Contribute to and drive technical debt reduction efforts across the Salesforce platform.
• Operate across both admin and development responsibilities as needed.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to continuously improve solution design.
• Work effectively in agile teams, managing tasks in dynamic environments with evolving project scopes.
• Mentor junior team members and support cross-team collaboration.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour
