About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our Information Technology department. The ideal candidate will ensure that all IT systems, services, and infrastructure operate efficiently, securely, and reliably while aligning with business goals. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise to drive organizational growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and operations.

Plan, organize, and evaluate IT and data systems to ensure optimal performance.

Lead the IT team by recruiting, training, mentoring, and evaluating performance.

Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and system standards.

Ensure data security, network access control, and robust backup systems.

Identify potential system issues, implement timely solutions, and ensure operational continuity.

Conduct regular system audits and evaluate performance outcomes.

Manage assets, ensure information security compliance, and maintain control structures.

Oversee cybersecurity programs, including monitoring, event detection, and incident response.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as HIPAA, HITECH, and GDPR.

Collaborate with cybersecurity vendors and consultants to strengthen data protection.

Plan and manage IT budgets and strategic technology initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.

Master’s Degree preferred in IT Management, Cybersecurity, Big Data, Emerging Technologies, or Business Administration.

8–10 years of professional experience in IT management or related technical roles.

Proven experience in system installation, configuration, and analysis.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows technologies.

Demonstrated success in implementing enterprise-level technology strategies.

Solid understanding of networks, cloud computing, and data protection legislation.

Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple complex projects and deliver results on time.

Bilingual in Spanish and English (oral and written).
