Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Part-Time Contract Salesforce Service Cloud/AI Architect to provide expert guidance and implementation support for our Salesforce Service Cloud environment, with a focus on leveraging AI to enhance agent capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud architecture, AI integration within Salesforce, and extensive experience in delivering complex service-focused Salesforce solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of optimizing Salesforce environments to drive service efficiency and enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Service Cloud Architectural Design & Strategy:
- Develop and maintain the overall Salesforce Service Cloud architecture.
- Define and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and design patterns.
- Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities and roadmaps.
- Evaluate and recommend third-party applications and integrations to enhance Service Cloud functionality.
- AI Integration & Optimization:
- Design and implement solutions that leverage Salesforce AI capabilities (e.g., Einstein) to empower service agents.
- Optimize Service Cloud workflows and processes through AI-driven automation.
- Implement AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants to enhance customer self-service.
- Develop and implement strategies for using AI to analyze service data and improve agent performance.
- Service Cloud Implementation:
- Design and implement scalable and efficient solutions within Service Cloud to support customer service processes and workflows.
- Optimize Service Cloud configurations, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and validations.
- Develop and implement robust data models and data management strategies.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce automations.
- Technical Leadership & Collaboration:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect, with a strong focus on Service Cloud.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud architecture, data models, and security best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein) and their application in service environments.
- Proven ability to optimize Salesforce environments for performance and scalability.
- Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce).
- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and API development.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Architect, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant) are highly preferred.
- Experience with AI implementations within the salesforce platform.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
