We’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys building modern applications from end to end, and wants to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare technology.
What You’ll Do:
As a Full Stack Engineer at InfinityRx, you’ll be hands-on in evolving the ICP platform and building new tools in our product ecosystem. Your contributions will directly impact patient access and the efficiency of pharmaceutical workflows.
You will:
- Build and enhance key components of our transaction processor, web application, and APIs
- Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from design to testing to deployment
- Monitor and maintain performance of our cloud infrastructure to ensure uptime and scalability
- Collaborate closely with teammates to architect and deliver clean, maintainable, high-performance code
- Own your tasks with autonomy, using strong time management and follow-through
What You Bring:
We’re looking for a developer with a strong foundation in modern full stack development, cloud deployment, and API design. You should be comfortable navigating both front-end and back-end technologies, and ready to dive into a growing codebase.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, life sciences, or other related discipline
- 2+ years of professional software development
- Proficient in Java, TypeScript, and SQL (PostgreSQL)
- Experience with Spring (Boot or Framework) and React
- Comfortable with RESTful API design and consumption
- Skilled with unit and integration testing using frameworks like JUnit and Mocha
- Familiar with using the Linux command line
- Hands-on experience deploying to Microsoft Azure or another major cloud platform
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in pharma or healthcare technology
- Proficiency in designing database schemas and writing performant queries
- Familiarity with Redis and NoSQL databases (such as MongoDB)
- Ability to perform basic data analysis (such as in SQL or Python)
- Use of UI frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI
- Experience with observability tools like Datadog
- Involvement in system architecture or technical design decisions

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
