Job Summary
MISTR is currently looking for a talented and innovative UX/UI designer to join our team part-time. Given the complexity of our organization with various divisions and units, the ideal candidate will have the ability to collaborate closely with the Head of Engineering and other senior and junior programmers. Key qualities required for success in this role include a sharp eye for detail, strong understanding of design principles, user research, and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing designs, along with a professional demeanor, effective communication abilities, and unwavering integrity.

Duties

- Design and create user interfaces for websites and mobile applications using Figma.

- Develop responsive web designs that provide an optimal user experience across various devices and screen sizes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to ensure a seamless design process.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven design decisions.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Experience

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.

- Experience in responsive web design and mobile app design.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $36,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
