Job description
MSP IT Technical Sales Manager will have Technical sales, managerial, and leadership skills. You will sell technical services, products, and systems. Delivering technical presentations that drives sales. Managing relationships utilizing deep technical acumen to educate the customers and the IT sales team. Teach train and develop the sales team to sell our products and services strategically.
1. Overseeing the activities and performance of the IT sales team.
2. Coordinating sales strategies to align with our MSP sales goals and approach.
3. MSP end to end experience with hardware, networks, and server infrastructures.
4. Establishing sales objectives and forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the IT sales team.
5. Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.
6. Collaborating with the leadership to understand an communicate client needs to influence the direction of product.
7. IT Technical Pre-Sales Engineering experience.
8. Have a can do attitude, excellent work ethic, able to adapt to our company culture and find a way mentality to hit the desired company results.
9. Willing and able to take direction, instruction, adhere to company processes and hold team members accountable to the same.
10. Be organized, thorough, and pays attention to the details to help achieve the company desired results.
