Role Overview: We are seeking a versatile Mid-Level Full Stack Developer & Systems Administrator to join our team. This hybrid role combines software development with IT infrastructure and hardware management. The ideal candidate has strong .NET and Microsoft Azure experience while also being capable of handling server administration, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
You’ll be responsible for building scalable applications, integrating APIs, and managing databases, while also ensuring that our internal IT systems, hardware, and server closet are secure, reliable, and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
· Software Development
· Develop full stack applications, focusing on .NET and Microsoft Azure.
· Design scalable software architecture from intuitive UI/UX.
· Ensure compliance with Microsoft security guidelines and PCI standards.
· Manage and structure databases effectively.
· Integrate and manage APIs, including QuickBooks and other essential software.
· Stay updated with emerging technologies and explore potential AI integrations.
Systems & Hardware Administration
· Oversee and maintain all IT hardware, including desktops, laptops, networking equipment, and peripherals.
· Provide hands-on troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
· Monitor and implement security best practices across IT systems and infrastructure.
· Plan and execute upgrades, installations, and ongoing maintenance of IT systems and equipment.
Qualifications
· Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, particularly in .NET and Microsoft Azure.
· Strong knowledge of IT hardware, server administration, and network troubleshooting.
· Familiarity with virtualization, firewalls, and security protocols.
· Experience with database management and API integration (QuickBooks, etc.).
· Ability to balance software development with IT administration responsibilities.
· Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and communication skills.
· Experience migrating legacy .net application to a new modern architecture
Preferred
· Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
· Exposure to DevOps practices and automation tools.
· Interest in exploring AI and emerging tech integrations.
· Prior experience in leading projects or small teams.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $76,599.08 - $109,334.38 per year
