At Peak Living, our mission is simple: Create communities where our residents love to live and our teams love to work.We're looking for a Yardi Specialist to join our corporate team in Pleasant Grove, Utah. In this role, you'll support our onsite teams by maintaining our Yardi database, assisting with Deposit Accounting, and providing help desk and training support.
What You'll Do

• Support Yardi users through help desk requests and training
• Maintain the Yardi database system, workflows, and user security
• Assist with Deposit Accounting and database management
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve systems and processes

Experience Needed:

• Experience with Yardi Property Management software is a requirement (PayScan a plus)
• Deposit Accounting
• Knowledge of accounting principles and multifamily operations
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively
• (Preferred) Familiarity with LIHTC and Section 8 programs
