Full-Time Executive Housekeeper – High Falls, NY (Hudson Valley)Live-Out | Local Candidates Only | $35+/hr DOE | Health Stipend | PTO

We are assisting a warm and welcoming family in High Falls, NY (Hudson Valley) in their search for a full-time Executive Housekeeper to care for their beautifully renovated second home.

This is a live-out position ideal for a local professional who is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. The home is typically used by the family Friday through Sunday during the school year and more frequently during the summer months.

Schedule

• Full-time (40 hours/week): Monday–Friday

• Flexibility to assist on occasional weekends if needed

• Immediate start

About the Property

• Recently renovated, modern home

• 3 bedrooms, 2 offices, gym, and a pool

• Beautifully designed with high attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Full-charge daily housekeeping, deep cleaning, organization

• Laundry and wardrobe care

• Keeping the home safe, secure, and guest-ready

• Receiving packages, watering plants, and general upkeep

• Acting as the family’s “eyes and ears” when they are away

• Communicating with a part-time property management company

• Notifying the family and arranging vendors for any repairs needed (vendor list provided)

Requirements

• Local to Hudson Valley/High Falls area (Live-out only)

• Proven experience in a similar role (private home experience strongly preferred)

• Extremely detail-oriented and self-motivated

• Excellent communication skills—clear, professional, and responsive

• Comfortable around teenagers and two friendly dogs

• Must be proactive, reliable, and trustworthy

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at $35/hr, depending on experience

• Health benefits stipend

• Two weeks paid time off (when the family uses the home)
