Toyota of Olympia is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Manager to lead all dealership technology operations. We recently upgraded our wireless and firewall systems and are looking for a hands-on leader to take our IT infrastructure to the next level.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and maintain all dealership IT systems (servers, workstations, phones, cameras, network)
- Support and administer Reynolds & Reynolds DMS and ensure platform integrations run smoothly
- Troubleshoot and resolve tech issues quickly to minimize downtime
- Oversee cybersecurity, data backups, and system security
- Provide training and day-to-day IT support to staff
- Coordinate with vendors, OEM platforms, and third-party software providers
- Document and track all systems, assets, and changes
What You’ll Need:
- Proven IT management or systems admin experience (dealership or multi-department business preferred)
- Strong understanding of networking, cybersecurity, and server systems
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is a major plus
- Ability to lead projects and respond quickly to tech needs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
