Job Overview

As a Web Developer, you’ll build branded marketing and e-commerce websites that elevate our clients’ digital presence. You’ll work across WordPress, Shopify, BigCommerce, and the occasional custom solution, while also deploying email campaigns in platforms like Klaviyo and Mailchimp.

This role is both technical and creative: you’ll write clean, functional code, but also work within pre-built themes and design kits to deliver consistent, corporate-level design solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with our account management, digital, and design teams to ensure websites are user-friendly, visually aligned with client goals, and optimized for performance, accessibility, and SEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain marketing and e-commerce websites across major CMS and e-commerce platforms
• Build and deploy marketing emails using recognized marketing platforms
• Implement UX and design improvements with a focus on consistency and quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues quickly and effectively
• Stay current with web development and digital marketing trends
• Collaborate with account management, digital, and design teams to deliver high-quality results

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2+ years of professional web development experience, with a focus on CMS and e-commerce platforms
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and relational databases
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms
• Understanding of SEO best practices and site performance optimization
• Ability to work within pre-built themes and design kits for consistent, professional design outcomes
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication skills
• Onsite presence required – this is not a remote position
