RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greets guest with warm, welcoming and friendly “Welcome to Moe’s!”

• Provide superior guest service to every guest – the last guest of the day receives the same quality of product, attention and courtesy as the first guest of the day
• Suggestive sell (or upsell) items and cash out all transactions accurately
• Demonstrate complete knowledge about the menu
• Quickly and accurately prepare all items ordered by the guest or/or prep items
• Check food quality and temperatures throughout the day – if you wouldn’t eat it, don’t serve it
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance for scheduled shifts
• Completes food prep when needed
• Contributes to a positive team environment

KNOWLEDGE AND REQUIREMENTS:

• A positive upbeat, and outgoing attitude is REQUIRED – no exceptions with this
• Excellent guest service skills required
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Must have reliable and dependable transportation
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members
• Ability to work all shifts (days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Ability to lift 20-40 lbs a number of times throughout the day
• Must present and maintain a neat and professional appearance

EXPERIENCE:

• Previous restaurant experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
