Columbia Fruit Packers is seeking a dayshift, full-time Shipping Clerical position. Under the direction of the Shipping Supervisor, this position will be responsible for shipping paperwork on all orders, domestic and export.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Provide proper paperwork for shipping orders.
• Scanning pallet tags, final check that shipment matches customer order.
• Communicate with sales and production for accurate load shipments.
• Schedule trucks for loading.
• Coordinate with Repack to assure orders are met

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Good attendance and willingness to work overtime.
• Knowledge of fruit sizing, grading and quality standards.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills with accurate keyboarding abilities.
• Compu-tech/AS400 knowledge a strong plus.
• Strong math skills for inventory controls and load weights.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Strong public relations skills.
