Summary:

The ATSG IT Department is looking to add a Senior Software Developer to our Software Services team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced developer to build and support internal applications critical to ATSG’s operations. You’ll contribute to architectural decisions, help shape technical direction, and work alongside a collaborative, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using C# and .NET

• Participate in code reviews and system design discussions

• Ensure code is efficient, scalable, and well-tested

• Partner with PMs and stakeholders to deliver on-time solutions

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development

• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core

• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle)

• Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and REST APIs

• Familiar with Git or equivalent source control

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with microservices and Docker

• Familiarity with React or Angular

• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills

Current Tech Stack:

• Backend: C#, .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core

• Databases: SQL Server, Oracle

• BI Tools: Power BI
