BEPC has an open position for a Solution Architect (Full Stack)

Location: Plano, TX

Pay Rate: $75.00 - $77.21 per hour (Paid Weekly)

Term: 12-month contract with possible extensions or permanency based on performance

Shift: Mon to Fri 8:00 AM – 5:50 PM

Requirements: BA Degree & 10+ years of total experience with at least 6 years in Full Stack development and 4+ years in architecture roles.

Job Description:

The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure solutions that align with Toyota’s enterprise architecture and business objectives. This role involves hands-on full stack development, architectural design, and cloud integration, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical deliverables.

You will join the Core Shared Services Team, contributing to enterprise-wide initiatives and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Drive full stack solution design based on best practices such as microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native technologies.
• Create and maintain architectural documentation to support system integrity and promote knowledge sharing.
• Implement and evangelize software design patterns and reusable frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional, technical, and design specifications.
• Perform hands-on development in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices when required.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance standards.
• Mentor development teams in code quality, design principles, and technical excellence.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Requirements:

· Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

· Proven proficiency in AWS Cloud Platform (must-have).

· Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, API Integration, and System Integration.

· Hands-on coding experience in full stack development.

· 10+ years of total experience with at least 6 years in Full Stack development and 4+ years in architecture roles.

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (Master’s preferred).

· Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, compliance, and security standards.

· Knowledge of networking, security, and data management.

· Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Interview Process:

• First Round: MS Teams – Technical Screening (Data Modeling & System Design)
• Second Round: Onsite – 1-hour Technical Interview
