Job Description:

• We're looking for a digital-first interactive designer experience in an advertising agency.
• Should be detail-oriented, efficient, have excellent communication skills, and a passion for continual learning.
• Their designs should incorporate modern design patterns and best practices across various mediums (i.e. emails, web banners, websites, social, mobile apps) and be well-versed in creating responsive layouts that can adapt to different screen sizes.
• Should be aware of current design trends and be proficient in problem-solving via creating intuitive UX / UI solutions.

Must have experience:

• Figma (primary design software)
• Adobe Creative Suite (XD / Photoshop / Illustrator)
• Responsive design principles
• UX/UI best practices for various mediums
• 3+ years working at an advertising agency

Nice to have experience:

• Design aesthetic that leans toward modern, minimal, clean
• Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Building clickable prototypes
• Motion graphics or animation experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47.00 - $52.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
