General Laborers, in the surrounding communities of Elyria. General Laborer Pay and Benefits:
- $16- $18/hr to start
- $200 referral bonus for each person referred that works for 30 days (unlimited bonus opportunity)
- Employees will be eligible for a full benefits package after 90 days of employment including 401k with company match, tuition reimbursement, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and PTO options
General Laborer Hours:
- 6:00am - 2:30pm (Monday - Friday)
- Overtime would be worked on Saturday (time and a half pay) or Sunday (double time pay)
General Laborer Job Duties:
- Overseeing the machining process
- Visual inspection
- Assembling components using hand and power tools
- Shipping/receiving duties
- Conduct inventory control
- Cleaning machines and floors
General Laborer Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Will need to pass a tape measure test
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Must be able to stand for the entirety of the shift
- Willingness to work in all areas of the warehouse
- At least 6 months of manufacturing experience
