THIS IS A FULL TIME IN-PERSON POSITION

San Diego based SaaS startup, fully funded and established, looking a highly skilled and disciplined DevOps, Full Stack .NET, developer. Fast-moving large-scale project with a small local, inspired team into brand new comfortable offices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and be proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web applications in a cloud environment that provide a seamless user experience. You will work collaboratively in an Agile environment, utilizing modern technologies to deliver high-quality software solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, create and maintain enterprise level software using the Microsoft .NET development stack
• Collaborate with the CTO and CEO and lead Development and maintenance of the database stored procedures, views and functions for hosted and installed applications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Oversee and optimize and maintain legacy systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High attention to detail and quality control; Proficient in designing intuitive, visually appealing, scalable user interfaces, with a good eye for aesthetics and user experience trends.
• Passionate about Development, enjoys team environment a must
• Experience with Azure or AWS
• At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with Enterprise application development
• Practical knowledge Javascript, jQuery, Angular or REACT and other common JavaScript frameworks
• At least 5+ years of experience in web service development – REST Services and practical knowledge of WebHooks
• A solid foundation in programming and be willing to learn at a rapid pace
• Level head, positive attitude, team-centric – nurturing to younger developers
• Able to understand high-level design principles and apply them to implement a specific solution
• Ability to conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization, implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
• Ability to collaborate with CTO, CEO, UX, UI stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and closure of escalations.
• Focused, driven, attention to detail – with a high level of pride in your work.
• Excellent written and strong oral communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong understanding of object-oriented design and analysis
• Experience with Agile Scrum development methodology
• Proficiency in writing unit tests and using unit testing frameworks
• Experience using latest version Microsoft Visual Studio
• Experience using change control systems
• Driven and highly organized is essential.
