Job description
This international leader in Digital Content Data Analytics is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer. Can work fully remote from anywhere in the United States. Machine Learning is at the core of the mission—powering intelligent features, driving product discovery, and applying Large Language Models (LLMs) to real-world applications and strategic decisions. This product-focused role involves business development/business analysis, production, ML Ops, and ML Modeling. Must be comfortable working in an environment with a very large volume of data.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning systems at scale.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to deliver ML and generative AI-powered features.
- Explore and prototype emerging generative AI technologies to solve complex business challenges.
- Define and drive the technical roadmap for ML and AI initiatives.
- Deploy models with cross-functional teams ensuring explainability, maintainability, and monitoring.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term ML infrastructure planning.
- Participate in on-call rotation to maintain production reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Machine Learning Engineer (B2B SaaS experience preferred).
- Proven experience training, building, and deploying ML models in production.
- Strong Python skills.
- Advanced SQL and familiarity with data warehouses (Snowflake or similar).
- Hands-on experience with ML tools (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Spark, MLFlow).
- Experience implementing and scaling LLMs or foundation models in production (a plus).
- Knowledge of multi-tenant data pipelines for large-scale applications.
- Solid theoretical foundation in ML algorithms (degree in CS, Math, or Engineering). PhD would be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and comfortable interacting with the product development team.
Pay: $175,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
