MBL Technologies is seeking a Program Analyst - (Cybersecurity Ops.) to immediately join our team. The Program Analyst will be responsible for performing a variety of duties in the analysis and evaluation of cyber operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and business processes using the data source.
  • Assess the effectiveness of the operations using qualitive and quantitative analytical skills.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, identify trends, and prepare reports.
  • Analyze programs, policies, procedures, and systems, and make recommendations to optimize.
  • Assist program managers with the development of budgets and schedules, tracking all metrics.
  • Advise program managers with planning, testing, and implementing new programs or systems.
  • Prepare detailed reports for management and other departments by analyzing and interpreting data
  • Prepare, develop, and maintain policies and procedures that provide guidance in accordance with federal and NIST information security and privacy requirements.
  • Define and utilize statistical methods to solve industry-specific problems in varying fields.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree required, preferable in mathematics, statistics, computer science or related field.
  • Five or more years of experience as a Program, Business, and/or Management Analyst.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to collect and analyze complex data sets.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to complete milestones and work toward multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to use necessary database and software products.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
