Job Title: Full Stack WordPress Developer (Design-Forward + High Energy)

We’re Hiring:

A high-energy, design-savvy Full Stack WordPress Developer who lives and breathes website creation—from concept to launch. You should be very comfortable working with WordPress, both front-end and back-end, and have a strong eye for clean, modern, engaging UI design.

This is an in-person position, ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-moving environment and wants to work on bold, stylish, high-functioning websites regularly.

What You'll Do:

• Design and develop custom WordPress websites with a strong focus on modern design and clean UX
• Work with themes, page builders (like Elementor), and custom PHP when needed
• Create pixel-perfect front-end layouts using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress templating
• Customize plugins, develop custom post types, and handle backend logic as needed
• Optimize websites for performance, mobile responsiveness, and SEO best practices
• Collaborate with creative teams to bring strong visual ideas to life
• Manage website updates, troubleshoot bugs, and maintain existing client sites

What We’re Looking For:

• Expertise in WordPress (including themes, plugins, and custom development)
• Strong skills in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Comfortable with back-end tasks using PHP, MySQL, and WP functions/hooks
• Sharp eye for design – you understand modern design trends, layout, typography, spacing
• Able to turn design mockups or creative concepts into live, responsive websites
• Organized, fast, and excited to take creative ownership of your work
• Positive attitude, high energy, and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
