A rapidly expanding franchise group in San Antonio is looking for a high-energy IT Multi-Unit Manager to take charge of all technology across 40+ restaurant locations. What You’ll Own:

• IT operations across all multi-unit locations
• POS performance, upgrades, installs, and training
• Hardware, networking, device management, and security
• Full tech rollouts for openings, conversions, and remodels
• Direct support for GMs, ADs, and operations teams
• Creating SOPs and improving system efficiency
• Leading innovation and recommending new tech solutions

What You Bring:

• Multi-unit IT experience (restaurants or retail preferred)
• Strong POS knowledge (Toast, Aloha, Micros, etc.)
• Hands-on support mindset with in-field presence
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and leadership
• Comfort in a fast-growth, rapidly changing environment
