Yearling Solutions is hiring a Cybersecurity Training Analyst to join our consulting team on a 12-month engagement with a large enterprise client. You will work directly with the client's cybersecurity team, embedded as a trusted advisor, helping them transform their GRC training program from the ground up. Shape the Training Strategy
- Partner with the client's cybersecurity leadership to align GRC training strategy with the application developer training program.
- Conduct a thorough assessment of the current training landscape, including scope, processes, and tooling.
- Deliver clear, actionable recommendations for future-state improvements that drive measurable results.
- Drive research and evaluation of third-party cybersecurity training vendors.
- Build evaluation frameworks and comparison materials to support a confident vendor selection decision.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into the program.
- Design and document end-to-end processes for identifying, assigning, and tracking training completion.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure workflows are practical, repeatable, and adoptable.
- Work alongside client teams to enable automated training dashboards and reporting.
- Produce artifacts that give leadership clear visibility into training metrics and program health.
Required
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, GRC, or training program coordination.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise training programs, including LMS platforms and training lifecycle processes.
- A track record of assessing current-state processes and delivering future-state recommendations that stick.
- Strong documentation skills and experience communicating complex information to senior stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple teams in a fast-paced client environment.
- Experience running vendor selection processes, including RFP/RFI coordination.
- Familiarity with reporting and dashboard tools such as Power BI, ServiceNow, or Tableau.
- Prior experience consulting in an enterprise or Fortune 500 environment.
- Certifications such as CISM, CRISC, or Security+.
- Background in application developer security training or secure coding awareness programs.
