Telaforce, a Titan Technologies company, is HIRING! We are currently looking for part-time Security Operations Center Analysts to support our Hawaii Board of Water Supply (BWS) program. The Honolulu Board of Water Supply (BWS) manages the municipal water resources for Oahu, Hawaii’s most populous island, sustaining a population approaching 1.5 million people. Day, afternoon and night shift positions are available.
In this role, you will conduct remote monitoring of secured remote facilities from a centralized Security Operations Center. Tasks include access logging, event logging, and reporting of situations with appropriate timely escalation within the reporting structure. The successful candidate will be responsible for fully participating in any drills and QA checks that occur while on duty, knowing fire evacuation routes for the assigned location, and being proficient with security camera and computer systems used to meet contract requirements.
