Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement by championing SAFe Agile principles, leveraging Organizational Change Management, and ensuring adherence to the Software Development Life Cycle.
Manage team budgets and optimize costs across labor, hardware, software, and consulting resources while maintaining high-quality technology solutions.
Build strong partnerships with I/S, business partners, and vendors by acting as a trusted advisor, leading contract negotiations, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing performance metrics.
Collaborate across all levels of the organization to solve problems and influence outcomes by removing barriers, prioritizing work, and delivering innovative solutions that align with business objectives.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
3+ years of Information Services (I/S) or equivalent management experience with strong technical acumen.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, project management, business, or equivalent experience.
Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to guide and influence teams across complex projects.
A commitment to fostering an inclusive team culture and recognizing the contributions of others.
Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, risk mitigation, and decision-making skills.
A forward-thinking mindset, embracing innovation, change, and continuous learning.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build relationships, and apply business and technical acumen to modern technologies.

PREFERRED:
Experience coaching, mentoring and delivering value through others.
