The IT Director develops and implements a global IT strategy aiming at improving business processes and global organization effectiveness. The position will be responsible for building a world-class IT department, as well as the management of the IT infrastructure and business solutions, end-user services and compliance to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete IT acquisition integrations within the timeline committed by the Board of Directors, meeting 'done-done' criteria.
  • Establish and sustain effective monitoring and incident management processes to ensure IT operational reliability.
  • Ensure the IT team efficiently resolves a growing volume of complex support tickets.
  • Maintain a customer satisfaction (CSAT) rating of at least 90% with a 10% response rate for closed IT tickets.
  • Lead and optimize the integration process for Delivery Engine (DE) teams post-acquisition, ensuring seamless operational and cultural alignment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience in Information Technology Role
  • <25% travel required
