Mindsight/ACPCreativIT has an immediate opening for a senior technology leader for our Midmarket Managed Services Practice. This is a forward-thinking, problem-solving position that aligns to the Services Organization.
The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise, drive, problem solving and communication skills to help guide clients and deepen relationships while solving their most complex technical issues and create technical roadmaps for the future.
Requirements:
Must be a highly experienced, deep secure infrastructure technology expert who will provide leadership and ownership
- Technical expertise with all aspects of prem, hybrid and cloud data center infrastructure, network, security and cloud solutions
- Drives adoption of technologies and influence customers to think differently
- Must be open to change/expansion of skillset as technologies change and be willing to adapt without issue and with a good attitude
- Ability to build relationships with customers while adjusting to varying personalities, and focuses
- Must be open to evaluation through tangible goals & be results driven
- Must have excellent communication/presentation skills
- Must move with a sense of urgency without compromising quality
- Must have had a hands-on technology role - at some point in their career

- Fast paced problem solving when faced with critical P1 client issues and act as an escalation point in the most serious of situations
Job Functions:
Provide proactive/forward planning advice for clients or help them work through technology planning
- Perform Periodic Business Reviews (PBR)
- Escalation Resource- Is the ultimate resource in the escalation path the most serious of P1 and P2 cases
- Work in conjunction with the ACP Solutions Architect and Regional Sales teams- to perform Peer reviews all Managed Services Deals
- Represent the Service Delivery (SD) Department during the Sales process to present the People/Policies and Processes from On-boarding to Off-boarding a client.
- Provide Contract Negotiation services around all MS Contract renewals
- Participate in overflow onboarding process and from time to time provide assessments of net new prospective MS client environments.
