About the Role:
We’re looking for a hybrid UX/UI Designer & CRO Specialist to own the user experience across our website—from first impression to checkout—and optimize every step for conversion. You’ll blend data-driven testing with intuitive design to create experiences that are not only beautiful but also convert browsers into buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
UX/UI Design
- Design intuitive, accessible, and conversion-focused interfaces across desktop and mobile.
- Own and iterate on design systems, style guides, and UI libraries.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity and performance.
- Conduct usability testing and user feedback sessions to improve flows and navigation.
CRO Strategy & Execution
- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages, product pages, cart/checkout, and key funnel touchpoints.
- Use tools like Google Optimize, VWO, or Convert to run experiments and validate hypotheses.
- Monitor site analytics and heatmaps (GA4, Hotjar, etc.) to uncover user friction and optimization opportunities.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track key conversion metrics.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI design and/or CRO in an e-commerce or DTC environment.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools and platforms.
- Strong grasp of user behavior analytics and UX best practices.
- Ability to balance data insights with design sensibility.
- HTML/CSS familiarity is a plus (not required).
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketers, developers, and product teams.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
