Technology & Systems Manager
$60,000 – $90,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Position Summary
The IT Systems Manager plays a critical role in managing company-wide technology infrastructure and operational platforms. This position is responsible for system administration, device management, reporting, troubleshooting, and end-user training while working closely with leadership to improve efficiency through technology, automation, and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
Systems Administration & Platform Support
- Serve as the internal administrator and subject matter expert for core operational software platforms
- Oversee system setup, enhancements, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain internal reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using data exports and advanced Excel tools
- Diagnose and resolve system-related issues, partnering with external vendors and support resources as needed
- Provide guidance and training to team members on system functionality, updates, and best practices
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to improve workflows and implement process efficiencies through technology and automation
IT Infrastructure & Device Management
- Manage and maintain company computers, tablets, printers, routers, and related technology assets
- Oversee user accounts, email platforms, cloud storage, and foundational cybersecurity practices
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for phone systems, internet services, building security, and data backup solutions
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and oversee replacements, upgrades, and repairs
- Ensure secure network connectivity and reliable remote access for both office and field teams
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Create and maintain recurring operational and financial reports for leadership
- Use Excel and data tools to support data-driven decision-making
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through technology and automation
- Evaluate new software and hardware tools and make recommendations for adoption
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of IT administration or systems support experience
- Experience supporting operational or field service organizations preferred
- Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, macros, data analysis tools)
- Strong understanding of networks, device security, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
