PRIMARY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Order processing - picking, checking and packing orders.

* Receiving - both domestic and import shipments.

* Maintaining organization in the warehouse.

* Verifying inventory

* Assist in quality control procedures and inspection of products.

* Complete basic paperwork relative to shipping and receiving tasks. This includes preparing necessary documentation regarding weight and freight cost on the order and proper labeling and documenting and special packages.

REQUIREMENTS

* Minimum 1-3 years’ experience working in a distribution warehouse.

* Knowledge of general warehouse practices.

* Effective communication skills - verbal and written.

* Exceptional time management and organization skills.

* Forklift and Order Picker experience.

* Demonstrate attention to detail.

* Self-motivated.

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.

* Basic reading and math skills.

* Ability to spend a significant period of time each day engaged in physical activity.

SHIFTS:

1st Shift 8:00am – 5:30pm Monday through Friday.

With occasional overtime.

PAY:

$18.00 per hour.
