About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Appointment Scheduler to support our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for retirees or older adults who enjoy structured work, steady routines, and helping people stay organized.
As a Remote Appointment Scheduler, you will handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, update calendars, confirm bookings, and provide warm, professional communication to clients. No heavy multitasking, no sales — just clear communication and reliable administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls in a warm, professional manner
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
- Maintain accurate calendars for providers or team members
- Provide reminders and follow-up messages to clients
- Enter customer information into scheduling software
- Assist with simple administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and follow office guidelines
- Communicate delays, cancellations, or updates in a timely manner
