Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are a growing fulfillment company based in Vernon, CA seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate / Order Picker to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack customer orders with a high level of accuracy
• Use handheld scanners and warehouse management system (WMS) software to process orders
• Verify order contents before shipment
• Prepare and label packages for shipping
• Maintain organized inventory and work areas
• Assist with receiving and stocking inventory
• Follow company safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred
• Experience using RF scanners or WMS systems is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Basic communication and teamwork skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour
