Description/Comment: We are currently in search of a Windows Client Engineer to join the Global Information Systems group in Pittsburgh, PA.
The Windows Client Engineer will actively participate as a member of the Windows Client team. The role primarily involves the management and support of Windows Client Technologies, with a focus assisting with the management of SCCM and Intune. The candidate will also be responsible for handling escalated tickets and ensuring timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the management and support of Windows Client Technologies.
- Deploy software and manage client devices using SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
- Participate in the transition and upgrade to Windows 11.
- Manage and resolve tickets escalated to the client team promptly.
Basic Qualifications:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10/11.
- Experience with Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
- Skilled in PowerShell Scripting.
- Familiarity with Application Packaging Technologies.
- Experience with PatchMyPC.
- Competence in managing iOS and Android devices.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Candidate must be a qualified U.S. person for this role.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
