We're looking for part-time team members* to join our buzzin' community cafe in the The Village at the Palisades Resort in Olympic Valley, CA! Members of our team provide friendly, efficient and hospitable service to each guest (learn names and favorite drinks for bonus points), prepare stunning meals and brew up the best cup of coffee in town. No experience? No sweat; we offer excellent cross-training and room for growth.

*Part-time team members are required to provide at minimum 3 days of availability per week.

You have:

• High-volume, fast-paced food/beverage service experience
• Sense of humor, positive outlook and team-oriented attitude
• A dedication to creating impeccable customer experiences and being the force behind excellent hospitality
• A demonstrated enthusiasm for coffee, baked goods, sustainability, farm-to-table food and/or a desire to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to genuinely connect with a large and diverse group of coworkers and customers
• Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to stay cool and collected in a busy environment

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using the POS system.
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and food items while adhering to food safety standards.
• Handle cash and process transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash register operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist in food preparation and ensure compliance with food handling regulations.
