Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and customer-centric Customer Success Specialist to join our expanding team. In this full-time role, we will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with our customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from the DataOps.live platform. As integral members of our Customer Success team, we will work directly with clients to support their onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success with our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and Implementation: You will guide new customers through the onboarding process, providing training and product demonstrations to ensure a seamless transition and adoption of DataOps.live solutions.
  • Customer Support & Troubleshooting: You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely solutions to ensure client satisfaction or escalating through the proper support channels.
  • Relationship Building: You will foster long-term relationships with customers, becoming trusted advisors to help them achieve their goals using DataOps.live’s solutions.
  • Usage and Engagement Monitoring: You will regularly assess customer usage patterns to identify opportunities for deeper engagement and adoption, proactively reaching out to clients to share best practices and promote product features.
  • Customer Feedback: You will gather and communicate customer feedback to internal teams (Product, Sales, Engineering) to help enhance the platform and service offerings.
  • Renewals and Upselling: You will support the renewal process, ensuring customers continue to see value in their relationship with DataOps.live, while identifying opportunities for upselling additional features or services.
  • Documentation and Reporting: You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and progress, creating reports and updates for internal teams to ensure alignment on customer health and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Some experience in a customer success, account management, or support role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to less technical users.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Passionate about customer success and committed to delivering exceptional service.
  • Problem Solving: The ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically to deliver efficient solutions.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with data operations, data analytics, or cloud-based platforms is a plus, specifically Snowflake, sql, YAML, python.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Education: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or possess equivalent practical experience.
