Our CONSOLxt platform automates the creation, personalization, and delivery of documents and marketing materials for our customers. We connect data to customizable templates, handle print and digital distribution, and provide tracking, compliance, and brand management tools.

We are currently seeking highly skilled professionals to remotely join our software development team in Cleveland, Ohio. You will be utilizing Microsoft .NET and Microsoft SQL Server to create custom applications. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing system architecture, developing applications, and system testing.

Successful candidates are strong communicators, proactive problem‑solvers, and comfortable adapting quickly to shifting priorities and new technologies. They will be comfortable with an agile, fast-paced development environment and must be able to develop innovative, reliable solutions to ever changing business challenges.

Required skills:

· 3-5 years development experience in .NET programming (e.g., ASP.Net, Visual Basic (VB) and C#)

· SQL database design/development experience

· Bachelor’s degree

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Ability to work well independently or in a team setting
