Job Description

As CEO, you will lead the company’s strategic growth from ~$3M to $10M+ ARR, expand partnerships, reshape internal culture, and drive investor engagement. You’ll guide a performance-focused leadership team, own capital strategy across venture, debt, and high-net-worth channels, and represent the company in boardrooms, strategic negotiations, and industry events. The ideal candidate brings deep healthcare SaaS experience, a strong capital and talent network, and the operational discipline to scale infrastructure while maintaining agility.

Education & Work Experience Requirements

  • 20+ years of leadership experience, including CEO, President, or board-facing C-level roles.
  • Deep healthcare SaaS experience—must have spent a significant portion of career in healthcare technology.
  • Proven success scaling revenue through $10M+.
  • Demonstrated track record of raising venture, debt, and high-net-worth capital.
  • Experience negotiating with complex boards, particularly those with investor and debt-holder dynamics.
