Who We Are:

Our every action is a love letter to the world. Our Mission is to BOOST people to be their best selves so we can improve the world together. Sound ambitious? We believe we can achieve it if we work together because no one can succeed alone — which is why we need you! Are you ready?

Who You Are:

The Business Solutions Architect is a highly skilled and creative problem solver who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. You’ll be experienced in handling a wide range of operational duties and related tasks while working independently and as a team player.

You’re an energetic, passionate self starter who wants to make a difference in the world. You’re good at pivoting; remaining fast and flexible while sometimes wearing multiple hats (or even the entire wardrobe). You thrive under pressure and are driven by results. You’re accountable and responsible to yourself and those around you, and able to check your ego at the door.

You’re a problem solver and critical thinker with a solution and action oriented mindset. You’re able to take instruction and feedback as well as give it with stellar verbal and written communication skills. And, most importantly, you’re ready to invest and grow within our company. We always have plenty of opportunities — you are your only limit!

What You’ll Do:

  • Architect, build, and maintain internal tools and data systems—leveraging Airtable and custom platforms—to support core business operations across all departments.
  • Design and implement cross-functional workflows and automations using tools such as Airtable scripting (JavaScript), Slack custom functions (TypeScript), Zapier, Make, and Teamwork, ensuring seamless handoffs and real-time updates across systems.
  • Translate complex operational requirements into scalable solutions that help teams track and manage various processes and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to map out workflows, define requirements, and deliver solutions that align with business priorities and enable efficiency across functions.
  • Develop custom scripts, triggers, and integrations to automate repetitive tasks, reduce manual input, and enhance cross-platform connectivity.
  • Ensure ongoing maintenance, optimization, and performance tuning of all implemented tools, automations, and databases to support long-term scalability and stability.
  • Monitor for bugs and data issues, conduct root cause analyses, and implement proactive fixes to maintain a reliable and consistent user experience.
  • Define and uphold best practices for data governance, security, and documentation, with a focus on sustainability and accessibility.
  • Provide training, documentation, and user support to empower internal teams to confidently adopt and manage the solutions built.
  • Continuously evaluate existing systems and recommend transitions to more robust or custom-built platforms as business complexity and needs evolve.
  • Document and maintain internal processes and workflows using tools like Lucidchart, Guru, and other internal knowledge platforms, ensuring procedures remain accurate, current, and accessible.
  • Manage and maintain procedural automations and documentation, and drive company-wide adoption by developing training resources, onboarding materials, and periodic knowledge refreshers.
  • Administer and track system permissions, ensuring appropriate access levels and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives, including special projects and ad hoc responsibilities, contributing technical expertise and operational insight where needed.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is required.
  • Experience with Airtable and Airtable automations, or other experience with integrations, workflows, and database management a plus.
