Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.

We serve all of Coastal Orange County (Corona Del Mar, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Fountain Valley, Westminster, Garden Grove, Santa Ana) ; looking for great caregivers to join our successful, growth-oriented team

Shift needed:

• Weekends
• Afternoons
• Evenings

Our dependable and reliable CAREGivers care for our clients in a professional and compassionate manner. The ideal candidates will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help our clients. We will help the right candidates to succeed.

CAREGiver duties include but are not limited to:

• Companionship
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping
• Transportation to medical appointments, errands, and more
• Personal Care such as assistance with toileting and showering
• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living such as transferring, grooming, and dressing
• Specialized care with Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's, diabetes and hospice
• MUST be willing to learn

Skills:

• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with privacy, dignity, and respect
• Outstanding communication with clients in a positive and friendly manner
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Good time management skills
• Strong ethics
• Registered Home Care Aide (HCA)
• No education or experience requirement needed. We offer full PAID training.
• Drivers needed with valid driving documentation.
• BLS (basic life support) or First Aid, CPR, AED preferred, not required
