Flutter Developer

Position Overview

Join us at the ground floor of an exciting startup opportunity! We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to join our early-stage team and help build exceptional cross-platform applications from the ground up.

Our founder brings proven entrepreneurial success, having previously built and successfully sold two software companies. Now we’re embarking on our next venture, and we’re looking for talented developers who want to be part of something special from day one.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Dart and Flutter, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality iOS, Android, and web applications, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile and web applications using Flutter and Dart

- Build responsive and performant applications for iOS, Android, and web platforms

- Collaborate with UI\/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect designs

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

- Optimize application performance across all target platforms

- Integrate with APIs and third-party services

- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards

- Debug and resolve technical issues across platforms

- Stay updated with the latest Flutter and Dart developments

Required Qualifications

- Proficiency in Dart programming language

- Extensive experience with Flutter framework

- Proven experience building and deploying applications for:

- iOS (App Store)

- Android (Google Play Store)

- Web platforms

- Strong understanding of mobile app development lifecycle

- Experience with state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, etc.)

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON handling

- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

- Understanding of responsive design principles

- Experience with app store submission processes

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

- 3+ years of professional Flutter development experience

- Experience with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin\/Java) development

- Experience with automated testing (unit, widget, integration tests)

- Familiarity with CI\/CD pipelines

- Understanding of app performance optimization

- Experience with design patterns and clean architecture

Pay: $93,792.86 - $112,954.84 per year
