Summary

National Networks, LLC seeks an MSP – Service Manager to join our top-tier Managed Service Provider. The MSP – Service Manager will help improve and develop technical needs for this growing firm and play a vital role in securing the client’s infrastructure. We are looking to bring on an experienced MSP Service Manager to work primarily in an operations-focused capacity.

As the Service Manager you will oversee the implementation of new solutions and participate in internal and external (client-facing) meetings when necessary. The experienced MSP Service Manager will work closely with the project manager on the hand off of projects to the support team. This role is ideal for a Service Manager with experience with implementation and administration of internal technical tools, knowledge base, RMM, etc.

MSP – Service Manager Experience and Responsibilities:

  • 4+ Years of Team Lead MSP experience Required
  • Possess business awareness: specific knowledge of the customer and how IT relates to their business strategy and goals.
  • Works closely with the account manager(s) to communicate and resolve significant or re-occurring service issues
  • Identifies opportunities for service delivery improvement and effectively implements changes
  • Assist with administering the remote monitoring and management system to ensure consistency and accurate reporting of client devices
  • Builds and maintains relationships with clients and key personnel
  • Excellent communication skills related to Customer Service.
  • A strong focus on balancing customers’ needs with adherence to operational processes.
  • Understanding of the business impact of operations issues and the ability to identify, create and execute a remediation plan.
  • Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and explain them to others.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
