Our client, a leading provider of wireless network solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced DAS Construction Manager to join their team. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of DAS construction projects, from pre-construction planning through closeout.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise construction crews and subcontractors
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Ensure proper installation of DAS equipment and components according to industry standards and client specifications
• Conduct and interpret Passive Intermodulation (PIM) testing
• Manage project logistics, including material procurement and delivery
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders
• Identify and resolve construction challenges proactively
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment
• Document project progress and prepare reports
• Experience with a variety of DAS OEMs is a strong plus

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in DAS construction management
• Proven ability to lead and motivate construction and install crews
• Strong understanding of DAS, components, and installation procedures
• Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 100% at times
• Experience with PIM testing is highly desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
