Position Summary

We’re looking for an experienced IT Manager / Netsuite Administrator who can own the entire technology ecosystem across our organization. This role ensures network health, security, uptime, and performance while supporting daily operations and spearheading continuous improvement — including NetSuite administration and AI-driven efficiency opportunities.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, solution-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-moving business environment. Must have a strong blend of network administration skills, cybersecurity awareness, NetSuite expertise, and the ability to build and execute IT strategies and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Network & Systems Administration

  • Maintain the stability, reliability, and performance of the company’s network infrastructure.
  • Monitor system health, uptime, and connectivity; troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
  • Manage firewalls, switches, VPN, wireless networks, and overall network security.
  • Perform routine updates, patches, and upgrades across all servers and workstations.
  • Oversee anti-virus and endpoint security solutions to mitigate threats.

Security & Compliance

  • Implement and maintain strong cybersecurity practices, including firewall rules, intrusion prevention, security patches, and vulnerability assessments.
  • Ensure employee accounts are promptly created, modified, or disabled as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with all internal controls, IT policies, and industry standards.

User Support & On-boarding

  • Lead new employee IT on-boarding (PC setup, email and system access, permissions, orientation).
  • Disable accounts and secure data access when employees exit the company.
  • Provide Tier 1–3 support and elevate the overall help desk experience.
  • Train employees on new technologies, best practices, and security protocols.

NetSuite & Systems Administration

  • Serve as internal NetSuite administrator.
  • Support implementation projects, integrations, workflow improvements, and customization.
  • Train users and optimize NetSuite modules to support operations, finance, and supply chain.
  • Troubleshoot issues, maintain roles/permissions, and improve system reliability.

· Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other departments on workflows, automation, and system improvements.

· Support reporting, saved searches, dashboards, roles, permissions, and customization.

Strategic Technology Management

  • Build and manage annual IT budgets, including hardware, software, licensing, and capital projects.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across software, hardware, workflow automation, and AI-driven enhancements.
  • Evaluate and Manage new vendors, tools, and platforms to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Drive best practices, documentation standards, and IT process improvement initiatives.
  • Support the planning and execution of new technology rollouts across all departments.

KPI & Reporting

  • Develop, track, and present weekly technology KPIs, such as:
  • Network uptime
  • Ticket resolution times
  • Security compliance status
  • NetSuite performance metrics
  • Project Progress Reporting
  • Provide regular visibility to leadership on technology health, risks, and opportunities.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering required
  • 5+ years of hands-on IT or network administration experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with NetSuite (administration, configuration, workflows, modules, permissions, reporting, customization, etc).
  • Experience implementing or optimizing NetSuite modules (ERP, WMS, CRM, MRP, Purchasing, Finance).
  • Strong understanding of networking technologies: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, routing, firewalls.
  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, and cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, threat mitigation, and patch management.
  • Proven ability to develop and track KPIs.
  • Experience building and managing technology budgets.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience implementing, integrating, or optimizing Third Party Software (Power BI, Time Clock Software, 3rd Party CRM, etc).
  • Background in manufacturing, distribution, food & beverage, or supplements (a plus, if relevant).
  • Exposure to AI automation tools, workflow builders, or system integration platforms.
  • Experience with ITIL practices, cybersecurity frameworks, or compliance programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
