Reservation Specialist (Canine Concierge) – Must Love Dogs!

- Be the “face” of an established, high-end dog daycare, boarding, and grooming facility.
What You’ll Do
- Field incoming calls with enthusiasm, following our proven CCC script.
- Make outbound calls to reconnect with past clients and generate new sales.
- Send confirmation calls, emails, and texts to keep clients informed and excited.
- Give tours to prospective clients once certified.
- Assist with events, prepare goody bags, and build irresistible Biscuit Baskets.
- Upsell services at check-in and check-out to maximize client experience (and your commission).
- Ensure every dog parent feels heard and supported by communicating promptly about their pup.
- Maintain our facility’s immaculate cleanliness by pitching in with lobby, laundry, and general upkeep.
- Step into daycare, grooming, or playtime support as needed—you’ll be trained in every role!
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales success (inside sales experience strongly preferred).
- A confident, professional communicator who can handle client objections with ease.
- A strong backbone and problem-solving mindset—you’re not afraid of tough conversations.
- Someone who thrives on goals, loves people as much as dogs, and brings positive energy to the team.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons (where you’ll make the most $$$).
The Details
- Hours: 45+/week, with every other weekend required.
- Compensation: $30,000–$35,000 base salary + uncapped commission. The more services you sell, the higher percentage you’ll earn on each sale. This position can be extremely lucrative for a driven salesperson.
- Schedule: Must be fully available year-round, including spring break and major holidays.
