*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and execution of delicious dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. *Duties* - Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping - Assist in cooking and preparing menu items according to recipes and quality standards - Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment - Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served - Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen - Ensure all food and other items are stored properly - Monitor stock levels of ingredients and kitchen supplies *Skills* - Proficiency with knives and kitchen equipment - Knowledge of fine dining and culinary techniques - Experience in food preparation within the food service industry - Understanding of food safety practices and standards - Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
