Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, data analytics, and AI frameworks, with experience in deploying scalable solutions across cloud and big data environments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on advertising, social media outreaches, and in-house projects for both our gallery and museum.

Responsibilities

• Deploy machine learning models into production environments, ensuring robustness, scalability, and efficiency.
• Stay current with advancements in quantum engineering, AI research, and emerging analytics tools like Looker for visualization purposes.
• Ensure compliance with best practices in model training, validation, testing, and deployment to support business objectives.
• Integrate AI systems into our everyday gallery and museum operations.
• Use AI to develop branding and marketing for the Rogallery Museum and events hosted at the museum.

Skills

• Art History knoweldge REQUIRED.
• Experience with art galleries and museums preferred.
• Expertise in programming languages including Python, Java, R, SAS, C, VBA, Bash (Unix shell).
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP), data mining techniques, and linked data integration.
• Familiarity with model training workflows, deployment strategies, and model management best practices.
• Ability to work on complex projects involving quantum engineering concepts is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively across teams. This position offers an engaging environment for professionals passionate about advancing AI technology through innovative solutions that impact real-world applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
