Your Key Responsibilities
- Sort all incoming and outgoing mail with speed and accuracy
- Organize parcels, documents, and interoffice materials by department, floor, or urgency
- Use scanning and tracking systems to log time-sensitive deliveries
- Flag misrouted or unclear packages and proactively resolve issues
- Maintain workflow logs to ensure full transparency and accountability
- Communicate with couriers, internal teams, and supervisors as needed
- Keep the mailroom orderly, well-stocked, and compliant with security protocols
