Job description
The Alvandi Law Group is seeking a Salesforce Engineer / Developer to help own and evolve our custom-built legal operating platform on Salesforce. This role supports core workflows across Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, and Employment Law and works closely with legal, intake, and operations teams.
We are open to experienced Salesforce professionals or strong software engineers who are eager to learn Salesforce. For the right candidate, formal Salesforce training and coursework will be provided.
What You’ll Do
- Build, maintain, and enhance Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Flow-based automation
- Develop scalable, high-performance Flows across Litify objects including intake, matters, parties, events, resolutions, and post-settlement processes
- Troubleshoot and optimize complex automations, integrations, and data processes to ensure system performance and reliability
- Manage Salesforce support tickets from attorneys, case managers, intake staff, and operations teams, prioritizing by business impact
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards used by leadership and operations teams
- Support data quality initiatives including cleanup, deduplication, validation rules, and ongoing data hygiene
- Partner with legal, intake, and operations teams to translate real-world workflows into effective Salesforce solutions
- Collaborate with internal developers and external vendors to ensure clean integrations and minimal technical debt
- Support and maintain third-party integrations (e.g., Dialpad, DocuSign, Case Status)
- Create and maintain system documentation, process maps, and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- Strong software engineering background with the ability to design, build, and maintain reliable, scalable systems
- Salesforce experience preferred, but not required; training and certification support will be provided for the right candidate
- Solid problem-solving skills and comfort working with complex workflows, logic, and data
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Attention to detail, strong documentation habits, and a focus on long-term maintainability
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Experience with Flow-based automation, reporting, and data management is a plus
- Experience in legal, case management, or highly regulated environments is a bonus
General Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to documentation and platform health
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Computer with Windows 10 or 11
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
