About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and optimize our technology infrastructure for a growing multinational organization. This hands-on leadership role oversees enterprise systems, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and user support for both on-site and remote teams. A key responsibility includes administering and managing our Microsoft Business Central cloud solution.

Key Responsibilities

· Infrastructure Management: Oversee Active Directory, VMWare ESX, NAS/SAN storage, and firewall configurations.

· Cloud & SaaS Administration: Manage Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Salesforce, and related platforms.

· Cybersecurity: Implement security programs, conduct vulnerability assessments, and lead employee training.

· Network & Compliance: Configure VPNs, firewalls, and endpoint protection for secure connectivity.

· Telephony: Maintain SNOM and VoIP systems.

· Application Support: Ensure performance of business-critical applications.

· Remote Access: Enable secure connectivity for multi-state remote workforce.

· Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain backup and recovery strategies.

· Vendor & Project Management: Lead IT projects and manage vendor relationships.

· User Support: Provide Tier 2/3 support and staff training.

Required Skills

· Expertise in Active Directory, VMWare ESX, NAS/SAN, Sophos Firewall, VPN, and cloud technologies.

· Strong cybersecurity knowledge and experience with threat detection.

· Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Salesforce, QuickBooks, and ERP systems.

· Networking and telephony experience (SNOM, VoIP).

· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.

· Certifications in VMWare, Microsoft, Sophos, Cybersecurity, or Salesforce.

• Must be able to pass a Federal /State background check
