Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure VMware Virtual Machines (VM) and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
- Oversee Microsoft Active Directory and 365 environments.
- Administer networking devices and communications (DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, IP Routing).
- Maintain network storage, servers, and endpoint devices (computers, printers, phones).
- Provide helpdesk support and user training on systems, software, and security protocols.
- Implement best practices for system security, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Manage technology vendors, purchases, and participate in yearly budget planning.
- Contribute to technology projects and company policy development.

- VMware (VM & VDI) | Microsoft Windows Server, SQL, Exchange, SharePoint | Microsoft 365 & Office Professional
- Network Protocols (DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN) | Veeam Backup | Barracuda Email Security | Palo Alto Firewalls
- Juniper Switches | UniFi WiFi | Cortex XDR & Microsoft Defender Endpoint Protection
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level IT infrastructure.
- Strong technical expertise in VMware, Microsoft environments, and network administration.
- Experience with endpoint security, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to train and support end-users.
- Vendor management and budgeting experience.
